I ordered a few items, but there was no delivery date provided. Since I placed my order on a Tuesday, I expected it to arrive within the next six days, which seemed reasonable to me. After reaching out, I received a message stating that the farmer couldn't deliver for at least eight days. When I asked for a refund, I didn't hear back for several days. Luckily, I had used PayPal, so I felt secure. I initiated a dispute, and finally, a week later—just a day before I could escalate the complaint—I got my refund. The explanation? The WiFi was down in Africa... yeah, I don't get it either. This operation feels like it’s run by someone wandering the globe or a mercenary from Congo. I can't see myself using this service again. Customers need delivery dates when they make a purchase. Sure, some folks might wait a few days, but in today's online shopping world, waiting nine or ten days for fresh produce just doesn't cut it. Plus, having only one person handling communication is a recipe for disaster. Be cautious.

UPDATE AFTER REPLY: I love how it’s all the customers' fault, Ben. Not providing a date, failing to communicate for about ten days, and giving a ridiculous excuse about being out of WiFi in Africa has nothing to do with society's issues. Pretty sure you didn’t row your way to Africa, and your long trip must have a massive carbon footprint! Get a better system in place and keep your paying customers in the loop. That would be a good start.

We picked up some hogs puddings. They were quite tasty and reasonably priced. Definitely gonna grab more next time!

We got the Black Pudding Sausages since we really enjoy them and have been on the hunt for a while. But when we cooked these, they ended up shrinking quite a bit. They were alright in taste, but overall, we found them to be a bit of a letdown.
